Could not find any device running Simple Transfer on your network.
Check that Simple Transfer is open and your device is not locked.
Make sure that your device and computer are connected to the same local WiFi network (Router).
Restart your WiFi router, device and computer and then try again.
If you are connected to a corporate or public WiFi network (restaurants, hotels, etc), you may not be
able to connect as they are configured to prevent communication between devices and computers. In
this case please try using a different network.
Try entering the IP address shown on the Computer tab of Simple Transfer.
To select all photos/videos or filter by date, click on the Select Photos and Videos button.
After selecting photos/videos click on the Download button to transfer them to your computer.
If multiple files are selected, they will be saved as ZIP file in the Download folder of your computer.
To transfer photos/videos to your device, select Upload button on top of the page or drag and
drop files from your computer into the page.
